Following with the high growth rate in the chemicals industry in China, EOC Group has recently decided to expand more new products lines in its existing manufacturing site in the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP).

Both surfactants and adhesives products will start its production in the shanghai plant from June 2011, with an expected production capacity of 10,000MT and 5,000MT per annum respectively.

“With the combined advantage of technical and R&D support assisted from our HQ - EOC Group, Belgium and a local manufacturing site, we aim to cater to the needs of our customers here, to provide them with products of good consistent quality at a local price with faster delivery time.”, says James Phua, Commercial Director of EOC Management Asia Pacific.

The surfactants products will cater mainly to the personal care/home care industry, whereas the adhesives products will cater mainly to paper tube, paper laminates industry.
