EOC Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Norman Goldberg as a new member of its Board
of Directors, effective January 1, 2025. With an extensive background in the chemical and adhesives industry, Dr. Goldberg brings valuable expertise and leadership to EOC Group as the company continues to
drive innovation and growth. Dr. Goldberg has a distinguished career spanning over two decades in research and executive
leadership roles within leading global companies. He has held key positions at Henkel KGaA & Co.
KG., including R&D Director for the Scientific Computing Research Platform, Managing Director for
Industrial Adhesives in EMEA and Director of Global Product Development. He further strengthened
his leadership credentials as Co-CEO of Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG. before joining Tesa SE, where he
has been serving as Chief Executive Officer since 2020.
