We would like to inform you about an important strategic step within the EOC Group. As of September 2025, the logistics activities of EOC Logistics will be transferred to our logistics partner Masterbulk. This decision supports our strategy to strengthen our focus on core activities: innovating, producing and selling high-quality chemical products.
The logistics sector is evolving rapidly, with increasing demands for flexibility, sustainability, and transparency. At the same time, regulatory and technological challenges continue to grow. Logistics has become a specialised field requiring dedicated expertise and continuous investment.

Masterbulk will take over the existing operations of EOC Logistics by the end of September 2025. All employees will be fully transferred to Masterbulk and will continue working at the same facilities in their current roles. This ensures continuity, and logistics services for EOC will be maintained at the same high level.
This means there will be no impact for our customers. Orders will continue to be managed by our customer service team through to delivery. Customer contacts will remain unchanged and fully available for any questions or assistance.
